Supported the principal on M&A and direct investments. Built financial models, screened and diligenced deals, and prepared analysis to back investment decisions, alongside personal assistant duties keeping the day to day running.
Supported the office across investments and operations: researching and analysing opportunities, building financial models, monitoring the portfolio, and preparing reporting to inform decisions. Work covered under NDA.
Founded a profitable IT managed service provider and consultancy as a Microsoft Partner. Built client infrastructure (Linux servers, phone systems, networks) and ran the business from lead to after-sales.
Led driver retention for the London ops team, lifting NPS by 12 points across 1,000+ drivers, and shipped new rider and driver features that grew platform usage by 20%.
Led a 40-person team across finance, operations, and tech. Ran the first ever TEDx event in augmented reality, reaching 6,000+ people across 140 countries.
Built analytics for travel partners including Booking.com and Expedia.
